Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan were seen visiting Karisma Kapoor’s home again, just a day after her ex-husband Sunjay Kapur passed away suddenly. Both Kareena and Saif looked visibly upset as they arrived at her house on Friday afternoon.
Sunjay Kapur, who was Karisma’s ex-husband, died of a sudden heart attack on June 12, 2025, while playing a polo match in England. He was 53 years old. His company, Sona Comstar, confirmed his passing in an official statement. Businessman Suhel Seth also mentioned that Sunjay might have suffered the heart attack after accidentally swallowing a bee during the match.
Karisma and Sunjay were married in 2003 and divorced in 2016 after a long legal battle. They have two children – Samaira, who is 19, and Kiaan, who is 13. Karisma got full custody of the children, while Sunjay had visiting rights.
Kareena and Saif rushed to Karisma’s home on Thursday night as soon as the news broke. Kareena was seen emotional and appeared to be holding back tears. Karisma’s close friends, Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora, also came over to support her during this difficult time.

After their divorce, Sunjay married Priya Sachdev in 2017, and they have a son together.
This is a tough time for Karisma and her children, and her family and friends are standing by her side to give her strength.
