Realme is ready to launch its new GT 7 series smartphones, aiming to offer powerful performance at mid-range prices. The launch will happen later this month, and the company has already teased the arrival of the GT 7 model in India, hinting at a wider release.
The GT series is known for its performance-focused phones, and this year we expect to see two models – GT 7 and GT 7T – joining the already revealed GT 7 Pro. More details will be shared during the official launch event.

- Global Launch: Tuesday, May 27
- Location: Paris, France
- Time (India): 1:30 PM IST – you can watch the event live online.
These phones will replace last year’s GT 6 and GT 6T models.

What to Expect: Features (as per reports)
- Processor: Might come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip (already seen in China).
- Battery: Expected to have a large 7,200mAh battery.
- Display: A 6.78-inch full HD+ OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.
- Cooling: Features a large 7,700mm² cooling system and an IP69 rating (dust & water resistant).
Cameras:
- Rear: Dual camera setup with 50MP main lens
- Front: 16MP selfie camera
Special Cooling Technology
Realme may include new “IceSense” cooling that uses graphene around the screen and back cover to keep the phone cool during gaming or multitasking. It could also feature “Skin-Touch” temperature control, which adjusts the phone’s temperature based on the environment.
Expected Price in India
- GT 6 (2024) was launched at Rs 40,999
- GT 6T was priced lower at Rs 30,999
- The new GT 7 and GT 7T are expected to be priced similarly.
Realme calls these devices the “2025 flagship killer” – meaning top-level performance at a much lower price than most premium phones.
