Rumours have been going around that cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and RJ Mahvash might be more than just friends. These talks started after Chahal’s separation from his ex-wife Dhanashree Verma. Since then, Chahal and Mahvash have been spotted together many times—at events, dinners, and even on social media.
While both Chahal and Mahvash have always said they are “just good friends,” many fans believe there’s something more going on between them.
Things heated up recently when Chahal appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix. During a funny segment, host Kapil Sharma mentioned Chahal’s “mystery girl.” Chahal smiled and replied, “Puri country ko pata hai ab toh” (The whole country knows now).
Cricketer Rishabh Pant, also present on the show, joked that Chahal is a “free man”, referring to his recent divorce.
Comedian Krushna Abhishek, dressed as a woman in a comedy skit, added more fun. He called Chahal “Juicy Chahal” and teased him about his close bond with Mahvash, saying, “Why are you shy now? On Instagram, you’re not shy at all!”
The dating rumours got stronger when RJ Mahvash was seen cheering for Chahal during IPL matches—even when he wasn’t playing because of an injury. They were also seen together in a recent advertisement, and Mahvash often posts sweet messages for Chahal on social media.
Chahal officially divorced Dhanashree Verma on March 20, 2025, though reports say they had been living separately since 2022.
