Indian all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy is facing legal trouble after being ruled out of the final two Test matches against England due to a knee injury.

₹5 Crore Case Filed by Talent Agency

A Bengaluru-based talent management company, Square The One, has filed a legal case against Nitish Kumar Reddy for not paying over ₹5 crore in dues. According to reports , the case is being heard in the Delhi High Court on July 28, 2025.

The company, through its director Shiv Dhawan, claims Nitish breached their management agreement and failed to pay outstanding money. The legal petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

The company also said Nitish ended their 3-year contract during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy last year. He was once active in their social media campaigns but hasn’t been seen in any promotions since December.

He also scored 30 and 13 runs in that match, where India narrowly lost by 22 runs.

For the final Test in Manchester, Shardul Thakur replaced him in the playing XI.
