In a shocking Andhra murder mystery, a young woman’s fake marriage, her affair with a married bank manager, and a deadly loan scam have stunned the nation.
Aishwarya, 23, from Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, married Tejeswar, a 26-year-old land surveyor and dancer, on May 18. But just one month later, Tejeswar went missing—and was later found dead in a canal.
What unfolded next was a real-life thriller.
A Web of Affairs and Deceit
Aishwarya was already in a relationship with Tirumal Rao, a married bank manager. Not just that—he reportedly had an affair with her mother Sujatha too, who worked as a sweeper at his bank.
Sujatha had tried to end her daughter’s affair with Rao and pressured her into marrying Tejeswar. Aishwarya initially vanished before her first wedding date in February. But she later claimed her mother couldn’t pay dowry and convinced Tejeswar to marry her in May.
The Murder Plot
Even while married, Aishwarya and Rao exchanged over 2,000 calls. Her in-laws suspected something was off. When Tejeswar disappeared on June 18, the truth slowly began to emerge.
Rao had given ₹2 lakh to three men—loan seekers at his NBFC—to kill Tejeswar. They tricked him into getting into a car for a fake land survey. Once inside, they slit his throat and stabbed him.
They even showed Rao the dead body on a video call. His plan? Dump the body in a canal and escape with Aishwarya to Ladakh using a ₹20 lakh loan he had taken.
But the canal didn’t have enough water. Tejeswar’s decomposing body was found using phone signals and a tattoo that said “amma” in Telugu.
Arrests and Escape Plan
A total of eight people were arrested, including Aishwarya, Rao, Sujatha, and Rao’s father (a retired cop who tried to protect him).
Even after the murder, Aishwarya stayed with her in-laws for four days before planning to flee with Rao. Police from both Andhra and Telangana cracked the case by tracing calls and CCTV footage.
