Cricketer Hardik Pandya recently shared a fun moment from his day out with his son Agastya and their pet dog. However, what was meant to be a happy post on Instagram received a lot of criticism from the public.
In his post, Hardik wrote, “Out for a run with my partners in crime.” He first shared a selfie with his son and dog inside an elevator. But in the next videos, he was seen running with his dog tied behind him on a leash.

Although it may have looked like a normal pet video to some, many social media users were upset and concerned. People commented that the act was unsafe and cruel to the dog.
One user wrote, “Kutte ki jaan loge kya bhai?” (Are you trying to kill your dog?). Another said, “This is really sad, especially for such a small dog.” Someone also pointed out that the leash around the dog’s neck could cause injury, and others tagged PETA (an animal rights group) asking them to step in.

Recently, Hardik was also in the news due to past dating rumours with actress Esha Gupta. In a YouTube interview with Siddharth Kannan, Esha confirmed they were in touch but never actually dated.

She said, “We talked for a while, maybe it could have happened, maybe not. But we never started dating.”
